We loved our first photo shoot results so much that we brought our son back for a second round shortly after his first birthday. I loved the flexibility and variation of shot angles, varied and high-quality props, and incorporation of on-the-fly ideas to get some great shots that are full of life. I’m sure he’ll treasure the photos of him and his beloved grandmother in particular (I know we certainly will!).You won’t regret working with Maja to get some excellent photos of your babies too!

My husband and I could not be happier with the pictures Maja took of our baby. She was extremely patient and spent hours ensuring that she captured the perfect photos of our little guy. Maja worked with us to make sure we got the various shots and combinations we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and can't wait to do lots of printing to display these memories in our home. We can't wait to work with Maja in the future for our annual family photoshoot.

I knew Maja first as a mother and now as a photographer. She is talented at both proffesions. Maja is a passionate photographer and a warm-hearted person. She captured my 14 months old son in such a unique and remarkable way. Absolutely loved the final results – the photography was amazing definitely recommended!

We did a photo session with Maja for our 6 month old baby. We also brought our dog as well. Maja was very patient and she allowed us to take as many breaks as the baby needed in order to get her in the best mood. The photos came out great!

Just had our photo session with Maja de Silva, what a great experience! She was so warm and welcoming and made the whole afternoon fun for me and the babies! She made sure we were all comfortable and it really relaxed us all for our family pictures. The babies were happy the whole time and Maja kept them engaged and entertained! I couldn’t decide what I wanted my kids to wear and Maja allowed for a number of costume changes! She had great ideas of how to pose and where to sit and I knew immediately I could trust her eye. She told me to expect the photos within a week or so but sent a number of final version of pictures the very same day! The pictures came out beautifully and really captured my little ones perfectly. I can’t wait for our next session!

I loved working with Maja on my living room project! I'm stylistically challenged and do not enjoy making large home design decisions but Maja made the process fun and easy. She helped me to organize and define my personal tastes and then bring the looks to life by sourcing pieces online and in store, while keeping budget in mind. She did a great job keeping me on task during our shopping trip and came prepared with measurements, color charts, and lots of energy and enthusiasm. I have worked with other (super pricey) designers, and I very much prefer Maja's non-pushy, individualized, and hands-on style. She has a great eye and a wealth of design knowledge. I look forward to continuing our work together.

As a busy working mom of three young children, my time and energy are limited which makes it a daunting and overwhelming task to properly design and create an organized, functional and comfortable new home. I first reached out to Maja in hopes that she could find us a rug suitable for the wear and tear our growing family (plus a pet) that would be both functional and beautiful. She did not disappoint! Not only did she find the perfect stain resistant, yet soft to the touch, rug matching the room, but she also helped pick out colors for the living room that would tie everything together! During her first consultation she provided some easy to follow suggestions (like painting the bookshelves) that made a huge impact on the feel of the room. I finally feel like my house is becoming a home thanks to Maja. She was professional, warm, and knowledgeable about colors, layout, and finding the right product for any size budget. Will be hiring her again for other projects!

We have used Maja's services several times. First she has designed our small apartment and did such a great job that we hired her again after 4 years when moving to a bigger place. The project was stunning! We love the selection of furnitures, everything is so practical and merged very well together. The colours, light and all makes it very cosy. Mrs. Maja De Silva is an aesthete with great sense of style. However, she is up-to-date and communicates her ideas clearly.
